Magisterial documents — encyclicals, conciliar constitutions, the Catechism — are taken from the official website of the Holy See, the only reference edition, with their apparatus of notes. Rights in these texts belong to the Libreria Editrice Vaticana; they are reproduced here for reading and study.

Migne is public domain; the transcription is used non-commercially, under Creative Commons Share-Alike, with the source indicated here.
