Where to work to cover recent documents fastest. The Work-in-progress page sorts by graph connectivity; here we weight by the RECENCY of the document emitting the reference — half-life 20 years, reference year 2026 (a 1965 reference weighs 0.15 of a 2026 one). Recomputed on every build.
